摘要
本文主要介绍了旋转状态下阶梯齿内部气流风阻温升的计算方法,对不同压比、不同转速下冷气流经阶梯齿后的温升特性进行了详细的计算分析,并与试验结果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:篦齿泄漏流的温升主要是由篦齿盘面旋转效应引起的风阻温升和气体在旋转腔道中摩擦引起的风阻温升。
This paper introduced a procedure of calculating the windage heating in rotating stepped labyrinth seals. The windage heating across the labyrinth seal was systematically analyzed over a range of pressure ratios and rotational speeds. The comparison between calculation and experiment were carried out. The study shows that the magnitude of windage heating across the stepped labyrinth seal is very dependent on inlet swirl velocity ratio and surface friction.
