摘要
目的:观察益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将200例冠心病心绞痛的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组100例,按内科常规治疗;治疗组100例,在对照组基础上加用益心舒胶囊,观察治疗4周后两组临床疗效、心电图等变化情况。结果及结论:治疗组临床疗效总有效率86%,且未见明显的不良反应。
OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of Yixinshu Capsule in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris.METHODS：200 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris were randomized into two groups of 100 each：the control group received conventional medical treatment while the trial group received conventional medical treatment plus Yixinshu Capsule.After treatment for 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy and the electrocardiogram of the two groups were observed.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION：In the trial group,the total effective rate was 86% and no obvious side effect was noted.
