摘要
现实中存在许多制约因素,使河北省中小企业的创新能力受到不同程度的影响,进而在一定程度上限制了企业的发展壮大。本文从河北省中小企业创新能力提升过程中存在的主要问题出发分析了影响中小企业创新的内外部因素,并针对中小企业的发展从产权制度创新、治理结构和管理模式创新、市场品牌创新、战略创新等方面提出对策建议。
