摘要
通过分析现阶段煤矿企业安全管理的问题,论述了发展本质安全管理的必要性,阐述了本质安全管理的内涵。结合新安煤矿的实际情况,分析了本质安全管理的工作流程和应注意的问题,并对实现煤矿企业本质安全化的手段与途径进行了探讨。
By analyzing the safety management of coal mining enterprises at this stage, the need of the development of safety management is discussed; the nature of the safety management of content is explained; to combine with the actual situation of coal mine Xin＇ an, the workflow and problems of intrinsic safety management are analysed; the way of coal mining enterprises to attain the intrinsic safety is proposed.
