摘要 在灌区建设中引入生态学原理和方法,探索性地将灌区范围视为一个有机的"人工—自然—社会"复合生态系统,界定了灌区生态系统及其服务功能、生态灌区的基本概念,并重点阐述了灌区水资源高效利用、水环境保护与治理、生态系统恢复与重构、水景观与水文化建设、生态环境监测与管理等生态灌区建设的支撑体系关键技术内容,最后指明了未来的研究难点与方向。 Ecology principle and method are introduced into the construction of irrigation district. The scope of irrigation district is regarded as an effective integrated ecosystem of artificial-natural-social; Basic concept of ecosystem of irrigation district and its service functions as well as ecological irrigation district are defined. Key technical contents of supporting system such as high-efficient utilization of water in irrigation district, water environment protection and management, ecosystem recovery and restoration and water recreation and culture establishment, coo-environment monitoring and management are presented. Finally difficulties and direction of future studies are specified.
