安装误差对球齿轮姿态调整机构指向精度的影响分析 被引量:6

摘要 球齿轮是两自由度齿轮传动机构,将其应用于星载天线姿态调整机构具有结构紧凑、承载能力大等优点,安装误差是影响其指向精度的重要因素之一。在对球齿轮指向机构进行运动分析和啮合模型推导的基础上,建立了球齿轮机构的指向误差模型。分析计算了不同安装误差对其输出轴指向误差的影响。研究结果对球齿轮姿态调整机构的实际应用具有理论指导意义。 Spherical gear is a gear-driven mechanism with a double degree of freedom, which can be used for a satellite borne antenna attitude adjustment mechanism with characteristics of compact structure, big carrying capacity, and assembly error of effecting on directing precision of spherical gear pointing mechanism. Based on the movement analysis and the meshing models of the mechanism, the directing error model of the mechanism was established. Influence of assembly error on directing error of output shaft of the mechanism was analyzed and calculated. The studied results have guiding significance theoretically in practical application to the mechanism.
