摘要
用两种流程对铅冶炼厂的含铜废渣进行处理，均可制取试剂硫酸铜。第１种流程的焙烧过程使物料中的铜产生了约１８％～３０％的损失。第２种流程因无焙烧过程，使得产品直收率显著提高，从铜渣到试剂硫酸铜的直收率约为７７％。
Two circuits are used to treat the waste residue containing copper which were produced by lead smeltery, and cupric sulphate reagent is get with this two circuits. The roasting process of the first circuit causes about 18%-30% copper loss of the material. The second circuit, with out roasting process, raises the direct recovery rate of productor noticeably and the direct recovery rate of cupric sulphate reagent from copper residue is about 77%.
