摘要
商业功能区的形成和发展,与城市经济和居民生活息息相关,并深刻影响着城市商业格局的未来走势。文章通过分析合肥市商业功能区的现状空间分布、既有辐射能力及未来演化趋势,籍以城市整体发展定位为指引、城市空间发展框架为依托,探讨合肥城镇密集区范围内商业功能区的未来空间布局结构。
The formation and development of commercial district are closely related to urban economy and daily life of people. Meanwhile, the present commercial districts will have a profound impact on the future trend of urban commercial distribution. Based on the analysis of the present spatial distribution, influential capacity and future trend of development of the commercial districts, the article tries to explore the future spatial structure of the commercial districts in the metropolitan area of Hefei. And this exploration is directed by the overall planning of the city and supported by the spatial development framework of it.
