摘要
研究了T91钢薄壁管的焊接工艺,通过理论分析和模拟工况试验说明,对于T91钢薄壁管的焊接,采用GTAW方法,不进行焊前预热,焊后时效处理,焊接接头不会产生冷裂纹,接头性能达到要求。
The welding process of T91 thin steel pipe was studied. The theory of the weldability was analyzed. The results of test under imitative condition indicate that the joints of T91 thin steel pipe are made by GTAW without preheat and aging treating after welding. The properties of joints can meet the demands of usage.
