左卡尼汀对新生儿窒息后缺氧-缺血性心肌损害的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨左卡尼汀对新生儿窒息后缺氧-缺血性心肌损害的保护作用。方法61例窒息后缺氧-缺血性心肌损害新生儿分为治疗组31例和对照组30例。在其他治疗措施相同的情况下,治疗组加用左卡尼汀干预,疗程14d。观察治疗过程中肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、心电图及患儿症状体征的变化。结果治疗组在促进心肌酶谱、心电图恢复及改善病儿症状体征等方面优于对照组。结论左卡尼汀对新生儿窒息后缺氧-缺血性心肌损害有保护作用。 Objective To study the protective effects of L-carnitine in newborn with hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury. Methods Sixty-one cases with hypoxic ischemie myocardial injury following neonatal asphyxia were divided into L-carnitine group(L, 31 eases) and control group(C, 30 cases). The patients in group L received conventioal therapy plus L-carnitine for 14 days and those in group C conventioal therapy alone. The changes of clinical symptoms, physical signs, electrocardiogram (ECG) and creatine kinase muscle brain isozyme(CK-MB) were observed before and after treatment. Results The improvement in the symptoms, physical signs, ECG and CK-MB was remarkably more in group L than that in group C. Conclusion L-carnitine has a protective effect on the myocardium with hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury following neonatal asphyxia.
