摘要
为了观察体表胃电图（ＥＧＧ）能否反映胃排空状态，对１０例健康人和２０例糖尿病胃轻瘫病人同时进行胃电图与胃固体排空检查。结果表明：糖尿病患者胃半排空时间（Ｔ１／２）为１２５．４±２１．６ｍｉｎ，健康人Ｔ１／２为８５．２士１０．３ｍｉｎ，前者明显慢于后者（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＥＧＧ显示糖尿病胃轻瘫病人餐后／餐前振幅比值（ＡｐＲ）明显低于健康人组（ｐ＜０．０１），进餐前后胃节律紊乱率高于健康人（ｐ＜０．０５）。糖尿病胃轻瘫病人ＥＧＧ的ＡｐＲ和胃节律紊乱率与胃固体排空呈明显相关关系（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ＥＧＧ能反映胃排空状态。
In order to investigate whether cutaneous electrogastrography(EGG) could reflect gastric emptying,simultaneous measurements of EGG and gastric emptying time were performed in 10 cases of healthy subjects(HS) and 20 cases of patients with diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).The results showed that half gastric emptying time(TI/2) was 125.4±21.6 min in DGP,which was longer than that in HS (85.2±10.3 min)(p<0.01),the postprandial to fasting ratio of EGG amplitude(ApR) in DGP decreased significantly as compared with HS (p<0.01),and dysrhythmias rate of EGG was more prevalent in DGP than in HS(p<0.05).ApR and dysrhythmias rate of EGG were,respectively,significantly collerated with gastric emptying of solid in DGP.Conclusions:EGG can reflect gastric emptying in DGP,ApR and gastric dysrhythmias rate may represent useful,although indirect,indexes of gastric emptying.
