摘要 以马来酸酐(MA)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成了MA-SAS-AA水溶性聚合物阻垢剂,考察了合成条件对共聚物阻垢率的影响,结果表明,在MA:SAS:AA摩尔比为1:0.4:0.3,引发剂用量为单体总质量的10%,反应体系pH 4.0,反应温度80℃,反应时间4 h条件下,MA-SAS-AA共聚物阻垢剂对碳酸钙垢的阻垢率可达93.7%。同时考察了应用条件对共聚物阻垢率的影响,结果表明,在共聚物浓度10 mg/L,成垢溶液pH 8.0,溶液温度50~60℃条件下,共聚物对碳酸钙垢的阻垢率达90%以上。 Water-soluble MA - SAS - AA copolymer as scale inhibitor was synthesized using maleic anhydride ( AA), sodium allylsulfonate, acrylic acid as raw material in the presence of ammonium persulfate as an initia- tor. The effects of synthesis conditions on the inhibition rate of the copolymer were examined. The result showed that MA - SAS - AA copolymer as scale inhibitor had the inhibition rate of 93.7% for calcium carbonate under the reaction conditions as follows: molar ratio of MA,SAS and AA monomer 1:0.4: 0.3, the dosage of initiator 10% (based on the total mass of monomers), pH of the reaction system 4.0, reaction temperature 80 ℃, and reaction time 4 hours. The effects of application conditions on the scale inhibition rate of the copolymer were examined. The result showed that the copolymer had the scale-inhibition rate of over 90% under the application conditions as follows : the concentration of copolymer 10 mg/L, pH of scale-forming solution 8.0, the temperature of solution 50 -60 ℃.
