摘要
畜禽骨是一种营养丰富的动物性钙源,现有的牛骨生产加工工艺较为简单,原料的综合利用率不高。阐述利用鲜牛骨为原料生产生物活性钙粉及相关副产物的工艺路线,很大程度上提高原料综合利用率。
The animal bones is nutritious animality calcium resources. Because of the low existing technical process of ox bone comprehensive utilization rate of materials, to describe the processes of biological activity powdered calcium and relevant byproducts with fresh ox bone as materials, which largely enhanced comprehensive utilization rate of materials.
