摘要
目的探讨长期服用依那普利对高血压的主要并发症的有益作用。方法１３４例Ⅱ期高血压患者服用依那普利平均３．４±０．５年。结果长期服用依那普利不仅能使血压持续稳定在正常水平，而且能使左室肥厚逆转，心脏舒张功能改善，尿蛋白排泄量下降（Ｐ＜０．００１），眼底病变好转（Ｐ＜０．０１），且无脑卒中发生（Ｐ＜０．０５），对照组上述各指标较服药前无改善。
Aim\ To investigate the longterm therapeutic effect of enalapril on hypertensive patients with complications.\ Methods\ One hundred and thirty four patients with essential hypertension in stage Ⅱ were treated with enalapril.\ The treatment lasted for mean 34±05 years.\ Results\ Long term treatment with enalapril not only decreased blood pressure to the satisfactory level,but also improved left ventricular hypertrophy, decreased albumimuria(P<005),lowered the occurance of strokes(P<0001), and reversed hypertensive retinopathy(P<001).\ Conclusion\ The targetorgans damaged can be effectively improved with long term treatment of enalaqril.
