熔喷立体成型滤芯的结构性能及其考核指标分析 被引量:1

摘要 用压降—流量作为熔喷滤芯性能的考核指标,测定滤芯的压降—流量数据,通过Matlab数学方法进行直线拟合,拟合直线的斜率可作为滤芯压降—流量的实验评价体系。熔喷立体成型滤芯中各过滤层有不同的结构,其平均孔径从精滤层、中滤层到粗滤层依次增大,符合熔喷滤芯具有孔径梯度的构想。 The pressure drop and flow were taken as check index of meltblown filter media performances, by measuring the pressure drop and flow data and adopting mathematics model Matlab to make simulationto-fit by straight line, and slope of the line could be taken as the experimental evaluation system. Various filtration layers of tri-dimensional formed meltblown filter media had different structures and average pore diameters, progressively relation to layers for fine filtration, middle effect filtration and coarse filtration, and met the needs of mehblown filter media with gradient of pore diameter.
