摘要
目的与方法就10年来对原发性高血压病病人实行计划诊疗门诊管理进行疗效总结与分析。结果由于实行了以病人为中心的定期的行为干预、健康教育及个体化治疗方案,使门诊管理的高血压病人的知晓率、管理治疗率和高血压控制率由第一年的13.5%,33.3%和57.7%升至10年后的88.5%,76.1%和79.9%(P<0.01)。关于高血压病人的治疗态度与行为的调查和其与血压水平关系的分析表明,能按照医生嘱咐规则治疗的病人93%态度积极,66.7%血压在正常范围。
Aim\ To survey the effect of ten years′ treatment of patients with hypertension that proceeded in a planned program.\ \ Methods\ Behavior intervention,health education and individualized treatment program for these patients.\ Results\ The knowing rate,treated management rate and BP control rate of the patients with essential hypertension rise from 135%,333% and 577% of the first year to 885%,761% and 799% of the tenth year respectively(P<001).\ The contrastive analysis of blood pressure level with whether the patients have the regular treatment demonstrate that,of the patients who were able to receive regular treatment according to the doctors′advice,93% were active in their therapeutic attitude and 667% became normal in their blood level,thus showing that strengthening education among the patients and the doctorpatient intercourse is an important link of raising the therapeutic effect and gaining the initiative of treatment.\ Conclusion\ The planned antihypertensive treatment is one of effective ways to improve its curative and preventive effect on the group of hypertension patients.
