摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)中转开腹的可行性和必要性,以提高LC安全性。方法:回顾分析湖南省人民医院2007年12月～2008年12月30例LC中转开腹患者的临床资料。结果:主动中转开腹胆囊切除24例,被动中转6例,无死亡病例。结论:LC有其优越性,但不能取代开腹胆囊切除,LC有时会出现较严重的并发症,适时中转开腹十分重要。
Objective： To investigate the feasibility and necessity of conversion from laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） to open cholecystectomy （OC） in order to enhance the safety of LC. Methods： The clinical data of thirty patients conversion from LC to OC in HuMan provincial people＇s hospital from 2007 to 2008 was involved in this study for retrospective analysis. Re- suits： Take the initiative to conversion from LC to OC in 24 cases, passive interim conversion in 6 cases. All patients in the group recover smoothly and without death cases. Conclusion＂ LC has its advantages, but it can not replace of open cholecystectomy. Complications may arise during LC. It is important to convert to open cholecystectomy at the right moment.
