摘要
本文简单介绍了食品安全快速检验技术的定义及其在流通领域食品卫生中的保障作用,并对近年来食品流通领域常用快速检测食品安全的技术方法现状及应用进行了综述,对食品安全快速检测技术的发展进行了展望。
In this paper, the definition of rapid detection technology in food circulation is briefly introduced. The status and application of commonly used rapid detection technology of food safety in recent years are reviewed, and the expectation of rapid detection technology of food safety is given.
