摘要
综述了液相法制备纳米材料的主要方法,包括溶胶-凝胶法、沉淀法、水热法和微乳液法,分别介绍了各种方法的特点;另外还介绍了用于表征纳米材料的几种常用表征手段,即X-射线衍射法(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和红外吸收光谱法(IR)。指出了纳米材料技术制备研究中存在的问题,并对其今后的研究与发展作出了建议与展望。
The main liquid-phase preparation methods of nanometermaterials were reviewed. These methods include sol-gel method, precipitation method, hydrothermal reaction method and microemulsion method. The features of these methods were discussed separately. And several characterization means were introduced, they include x-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and infrared spectroscopy(IR). The problems that existed the preparing study of nanometermaterials and research development were put forward.
