摘要
为了解改革开放30年来上海食品卫生监督的发展变化,分析了食品卫生的管理、监管能力、监管机制和水平四个方面的变化。改革开放政策改善了食品生产经营环境,为食品卫生监管工作提供了强大物质保障,实现食品卫生监管工作的跨越发展。
To understand the development of food hygiene supervision in Shanghai during 30 years of reform and opening-up in China, the changes of administration, supervision ability, supervision mechanism and levels of food hygiene were analyzed. The reform and opening-up policy improved the environment for food production and management and provided powerful material guarantee for food hygiene supervision and realized a spanning development of food hygiene supervision.
