摘要 目的研究氟和糖皮质激素等对成骨细胞在病变牙根表面表型发育的影响。方法应用体外细胞培养技术观察MC3T3-E1成骨细胞株在不同处理的牙骨质表面的生长状况。结果氟和地塞米松组的成骨细胞在枸橼酸处理的根面呈现出良好的细胞生长状态。结论结果表明枸橼酸脱矿处理可促进成骨细胞在牙根面附着和生长; Objictive To investigate the effects of the phenotypic development of osteoblast growing on the periodontitis affected root surface in the condition with fluoride and dexamethasone.Methods Cell culture technique in vitro had been used to study the growth condition of MC3T3-E1 osteoblast line on the surface of cementum treated with various methods. Results The present study showed that osteoblast treated with fluoride and dexamethasone had a better cellular growth behavior. Conclusion The results demonstrated that demineralization procedure by citric acid might promote the osteoblasts attachment and growth on root surface; and dexamethasone and low dose fluoride were of benefit to maintain the phenotype of osteoblast as well as promote the maturation of bone like matrix and increase the mineralization formation.
