摘要
目的:观察疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法:将122例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组62例,用疏血通注射液6ml加生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,每日1次,14d为1个疗程;对照组60例,用血塞通注射8ml加生理盐水250ml,每日1次,静脉滴注,14d为1个疗程。两组基础治疗相同,脱水剂,肠溶阿司匹林等。观察两组治疗前后临床神经功能缺损程度评分和血液流变学变化,并进行自身比较和相互比较。结果:治疗组总有效率91.9%,明显高于对照组75.0%(P<0.01),两组均无明显不良反应。结论:疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效良好,可以降低血液粘度,改善血液流变学,并能改善内皮细胞功能。
Objective：To observe the effect of Shuxuetong injection（疏血通注射液）in treatment of cerebral infarction（CI）and the effect to hemorbeology of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods： 122 patients suffering from CI were randomly divided into 2 groups. In treatment group,62cases were treated with Shuxuetong injection 6ml＋0.9% NS 250ml intravenously drip,once a day, and 14days were as a therapeutic course.in control group,60 cases were treated with Xuesaitong（血塞通）injection 8ml ＋0.9%NtS250ml intravenously drip,also once a day and 14 days were as a therapeutic Course.The curative effect of two groups was assessed before treatment and 14 days after treatment by the clinical standard on Stroke pafient（CSS）,established in the forth cerebrovascular disease meeting of China in 1995.At the same time hemorheology were observed.Results：The clinical effective percentage was 91.9% in treatment group,and it was 75.0%（P〈0.01）,in control group,Conclusions：The Shuxuetong injection was effective to degrade the level of plasma FIB,and improve the hemorheology and the function of endothelial cell.There is a great curative effect in the treatment of CI with Shuxuetong injection .And Intracranial hemorrhage was not observed in treatment group.
