摘要
从道路行驶拖拉机安全管理现状出发,分析了存在问题和难点,从海宁拖拉机管理实践出发,探索了农机管理部门在缺乏执法手段情况下,建立了切合实际的多部门协作管理机制,为道路行驶拖拉机的安全管理探索了一种有效的新模式。
This paper analyzed the existing problems and difficulties from the current situation of safety management for tractor running on the roads. It also analyzed the farm machinery administrative authority with deficient law enforcement from the point of tractor management practice of Haining, developed a practical muhi-sectoral synergy management mechanism, and explored a new effective pattern for the safety management of tractors running on the roads.
