摘要
采用Inventor三维建模软件建立了某钢厂360 t整体式钢包回转台三维实体模型,并利用ABAQUS有限元软件首次对回转台整体复杂结构进行了静力、动态特性和受包动态过程的全面分析。通过静力有限元计算,得到了钢包回转台在自重和钢包满包载荷作用下的应力和位移分布,进而对结构的强度和刚度进行了分析。通过动力特性分析,得到了回转台的低阶固有频率和模态。通过对钢包回转台受包过程动态仿真分析,得到了回转台的受包冲击系数。计算分析结果为该回转台的设计、改进和最终方案的确定提供了技术指导。
The three-dimensional model of a 360 t ladle turret was set up by means of Inventor software and the static and dynamic finite element analysis was carried out with ABAQUS software, based on which a satisfied structure was obtained after the modification and improvement of the original design of the ladle turret. The distributions of stress and displacement of the integrity of the ladle turret under the actions of self-weight and the static loads were firstly obtained based on the static FE analysis. In turn, the lower frequency and modes of the ladle turret were obtained based on the FE analysis of dynamic characteristics of the structure and the impact coefficients of the ladle turret were given out according to the dynamic process simulation of receiving pot.
