摘要
目的了解学生在校就餐现状和营养常识,为实现营养午餐促进学生健康成长提出建议。方法随机抽取上海市中心城区、郊区中心城镇和郊区普通乡镇3所初中的230名走读生,考察在校用餐的行为并采用问卷调查的方法,了解其掌握的营养知识和对学校午餐的满意程度和建议,分析营养午餐的食品组成。结果午餐菜谱单调,缺乏绿叶蔬菜;37.4%的学生午餐饭菜剩余50%以上;学生对营养午餐的满意率仅为55.1%。结论学生的营养知识匮乏,除改进营养午餐的质量之外,学生营养知识教育亟待加强。
Objective To learn status of dinner at school and general nutrition knowledge of students, and to provide suggestions for boosting nutritious lunch and promoting students' healthy growth. Methods 230 extems from 3 kinds ( in city center, town center and ordinary town of Shanghai ) of middle schools were selected for random, and questionnaire about behavior of having dinner at school, nutrition knowledge, satisfaction and suggestion to nutritious lunch were taken among them. Food consumption of nutritious lunch were analyzed. Results Menu of the lunch were monotonous and lack of green vegetables. 37.4% students left more than half of the lunch and their satisfactory rate to the lunch was only 55.1%. Conclusion The students' nutrition knowledge is not enough. Education about nutrition knowledge among students should be strengthened, except improve the quality of nutritious lunch.
