摘要
目的:观察桂枝芍药知母汤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将66例类风湿关节炎患者按就诊顺序分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组33例给予桂枝芍药知母汤治疗,对照组33例给予来氟米特治疗。分别观察治疗前后临床症状、体征以及理化检查结果的变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.0%,对照组为87.9%,治疗组关节压痛、关节肿胀数及晨僵时间等指标改善优于对照组。结论:桂枝芍药知母汤治疗类风湿关节炎具有较好疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of guizhishaoyaozhimu tang on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：Sixty-six patients of rheumatoid arthritis at the active stage were randomly divided into therapeutic group（ n = 33） and control group （n = 33 ）. The therapeutic group was treated with guizhishaoyaozhimu tang, while the control group was treated with leflunomide. Clinical symptoms were observed and physical and biochemical tests were carried out before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 97.0% of the therapeutic group and 87.9% of the control group. The joint pain under press ,the joint swelling and the time of morning stiffness in the therapeutic group were improved more than that in the control group. Conclusion：Guizhishaoyaozhimu tang has good effect on rheumatoid arthritis.
