摘要
船舶推进轴段是轴系的重要组成部分,影响着船舶的工作稳定性与安全性,也是制约船舶生命力的重要因素之一。船舶推进轴段在综合交变应力和温度作用下会发生弹性变形,若不加以处理,随着时间的累计弹性变形将转化为蠕变,而轴段蠕变的发生将潜在威胁着船舶的安全性与生命力。从分析船舶推进轴段蠕变发生的机理、过程出发,重点阐述了金属材料蠕变产生后对船舶推进轴段的危害,并结合船舶设计、使用经验,得出了减缓船舶推进轴段蠕变的技术措施,可避免发生不必要的灾难性事故。
As an important component of the vessel's shaft, the propulsion shaft segment influences the vessel's working stability and security, and it is one of the key factors that restrain vitality of vessel. The vessel's propulsion shaft segment, especially for the screw shaft, will be elastic deformation, elastic exception and a wide rage of size under stress and temperature,and will have been creeped after a long time. And the creep of the propulsion shaft segment will potential threat the salty and vitality of vessels. This paper analyse the arisen mechanism and process of the creep of the vessel's propulsion shaft segment, and emphatically expound the damages of the vessel's propulsion shaft segment. Then some technical measures for decreasing the creep of the vessel's propulsion shaft segment have been proposed, based on the ship's design and use experience. And this can avoid some unnecessary catastrophic accidents to happen.
