摘要
目的提高创伤性腹腔大血管破裂救治水平。方法回顾分析我院2000年1月～2008年10月创伤性腹腔大血管破裂的12例临床资料。结果存活10例，死亡2例，1例肾衰转院，1例并发下肢动脉栓塞截肢。结论急诊快速建立有效静脉通道是手术成功基础；专科会诊、绿色通道建立、紧急手术是提高抢救成功率的关键；术中、术后积极的综合救治可提高成功率。
Objective To raise the remedy level about the traumatic rupture of great vessels in abdominal cavity. Methods We analyzed the cinical data of 12 examples with traumatic rupture of great vessels in abdominal cavity which admitted from January 2000 to October 2008 in our hospital reospectively. Results Ten of them were survival,two of them were death,one example was transferred because of renal failure, and the other one was amputated because of the complication of arterial embolism in the inferior extremity. Conclusion The rapid establishment of an effective emergency intravenous access is the foundment of successful operation;specialist consultation of doctors,to set up a green channel,and emergent operation are the keypoint to raise the salvage achievement ratio;energetic synthetic remedy can elevate the achievement ratio in the middle of the operation and behind the operation.
