摘要
本研究设计不同的免疫程序,用禽流感(H5+H9)二价灭活疫苗(H5N1Re-1+H9N2Re-2株)免疫黄羽种鸡,通过对H5亚型和H9亚型禽流感HI抗体滴度监测,探讨H5亚型和H9亚型禽流感HI抗体消长规律及禽流感(H5+H9)二价灭活疫苗的免疫程序。结果表明,用禽流感二价灭活疫苗免疫黄羽种鸡后,H5亚型和H9亚型禽流感HI抗体的消长规律基本同步,其抗体滴度阶段性峰值出现在免疫后的第21~28天。根据试验结果,建议用禽流感二价灭活疫苗免疫黄羽种鸡的免疫程序设为:首免(14d),0.3mL/只;二免(56d),0.5mL/只;三免(119d或开产前4周),0.5mL/只。
To study the protective efficacy and the optimal immunization procedure of the H5+H9 bi- valent inactivated vaccine (H5N1 Re-1 and HgN2 Re-2) in the breeder of Yellow Feather chickens, the bi- valent vaccine immunized Yellow Feather chickens by different immunization procedure. Results showed that the vaccinated chickens have the similar antibody variation to H5 and H9 but antibody titer of H9 he- magglutinin-inhibition (HI) is little higher than its H5 HI. The HI antibodies against H5 and H9 became detectable and increased at 1 to 2 week post-vaccination (p. v. ) and reached a peak about 3 to 4 weeks p. v. After the secondary and third immunization, HI antibody titers quickly ascended and reached 101og2 at 4 weeks after the third immunization. After the secondary immunization, values of the dispersion of HI anti- body changed little. The breeding chickens were vaccinated third before egg-laying. The first immunization of these chickens is at the 14 day-old and injected with 0.3 mL per chicken. The secondary immunization is at the 56 day-old and injected 0.5 mL per chicken. The third immunization is at the 119 day-old or before egg-laying.
