摘要
利用黄绿木霉菌发酵液处理水稻纹枯病丝核菌,初步探讨了黄绿木霉菌发酵液对水稻纹枯病丝核菌的抑菌能力及抑菌机理。试验结果表明:黄绿木霉菌发酵液抑菌作用稳定,经121℃处理25min后,抑菌率为100%;pH3~8的范围内抑菌率均为100%。经黄绿木霉菌发酵液处理的水稻纹枯病丝核菌菌丝电导率与呼吸强度几乎下降为0,光学显微镜观察到菌体形态发生变化,透射电镜下观察到细胞壁出现孔洞。用处理后的水稻纹枯病丝核菌菌丝接种水稻植株,发病率明显降低。
By treating mycelia of Rhizoctonia solani with the fermentation of Trichoderma aureoviride, the primary antagonist ability and action mechanisms of T. aureoviride fermentation on R. solani were studied. The antagonist ability of T. aureoviride fermentation was stable, and the inhibitory ratio of T. aureoviride fermentation (121 ℃, 25 min) was 100%. Meanwhile, the ratio was also 100% with pH changed from 3 to 8. The conductivity and respiratory intensity of R. solani mycelia decreased nearly to zero when treated by T. aureoviride fermentation, and a change in the mycelia's form was observed under the microscope and the holes in cell walls were detected under the electron microscope. If rice plants were inoculated with the mycelia of R. solani treated by the fermentation, the incidence of disease decreased.
