摘要
随着中学英语新课程的实施,中小学英语教师面临着更高的职业要求。在这种形势下,高校英语师范生教育改革变得尤为重要和迫切。文章首先阐述了需求分析在提高英语师范生教育的针对性和实效性方面所起的重要作用,在具体分析英语师范生课程学习需求、未来职业需求和社会需求的基础上,提出了高校英语师范生职业能力培养的思路,以适应中小学英语教师专业化发展和可持续发展的新形势。
With the implementation of New English Curriculum, English teachers of basic education are in the face of higher demands. Under such circumstance, it is becoming more and more urgent and important for us to reform the education of normal colleges. Beginning with the importance of needs analysis in improving the efficiency of education, the paper analyzes English student-teachers＂ needs of curriculum learning, their future professional needs and social needs. Based on the detailed analysis, the paper proposes some new ideas of improving their professional abil/ty, aiming to cater for the tendency of professional development and sustainable development.
