摘要
近七年,全国人大代表在听取政府工作报告的过程中,发出或多或少、或密或疏的掌声,这种掌声不仅反映了代表们参政意愿的强弱,而且反映了他们对民生等问题不同程度的重视。鼓掌反映了人民的意志,也表达了代表们对政府决心的支持、成就的认可和政策的期待。
In the past seven years, when listening to the government work report, deputies to the National People＇s Congress have made more or less, dense or sparse applause. The applause from the deputies not only reflects the strength of will to participate in politics, but also reflects their attention for people＇s livelihood to different extents. Applause reflected the deputies on behalf of the people＇s will, expressed the delegates＇ support to the government＇s determination, recognition of achievements and expectation on policy.
