摘要
目的:探讨符合学龄儿童生理特征的个体充气压力。方法:将120例下肢择期手术儿童患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例。实验组采用个体充气压力,即以缚扎止血带处肢体周径(cm)的0.7作为气囊止血带充气压力值(kPa);对照组采用传统充气压力(26.6~33.2kPa),观察止血效果和止血带副损伤的发生情况。结果:两组止血效果均满意,而对照组止血带副损伤发生率明显高于实验组(P<0.005)。结论:以下肢缚扎止血带处周径(cm)的0.7作为气囊止血带充气压力值(kPa)是儿童下肢手术时适宜的充气压力。
Objective :To find out a suitable aerated pressure for different individuals, which will tally with the school age children' s physiology. Methods: A total of 120 children cases who would undergoing time - selective lowerext remity surgery were equally divided into test group and control group randomly. Patients of test group adopted individual aerated pressure that was taking 0.7 of the circumference (centimeters) where the tourniquet was tied up as his aelated pressures value of air - pocket tourniquet (kPa). Patients of control group just used the traditional aerated pressures that was 26.6 - 33.2 kPa. Both hemestatic effect and tourniquet side reaction of patient s of the two groups had been observed. Results : Patient s of the two groups had satisfactory hemostatie effects. However, patients in control group had more side reactions than that in test group ( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion :Taking 0.7 of the circumference ( centimeters) where the tourniquet was tied up as his aerated pressures value of air - pocket tourniquet (kPa) for different individuals is suitable aerated pressure for children to undergo lower extremity surgery.
