摘要
当前高校精品课程建设存在着诸如缺乏统一规划、共享意识薄弱、资源共享困难等问题,这就要求高校要从组织领导、构建体系、激励措施、评估机制、共享平台等几个方面来加强对精品课程的建设与管理,从而实现人才培养质量的逐步提高。
At present, there are some problems such as absence of programming, lack of the ideas of share, difficulties in the share of the teaching resources, etc in the building of the top-quality courses. So the managers should strengthen the building and management of the top - quality courses from the leadership form, the establishment of system, the measures of encouragement, the evaluation operation, the system of share to improve the quality of personnel training.
