介绍了设施布置的基本理论,分析了某公司装配车间物流现状和平面布置,运用设施规划和物流分析中的SLP原理,对装配车间的设施布局进行重新规划和设计,使车间做到物流顺畅、运输路线最短、缩短生产周期和降低生产成本。
The article has described the basic theory of facility layout, Analyzed the existing logistics problem of assembly workshop in XXCO., Ltd..Make use of the facilities programming and principle of SLP within the logistics analysises, Re-layout the facilities of assembly workshop, make the workshop to attain the logistics smooth, shorten transportation routes, production period and redueeproduction costs.
