摘要
目的研究鸭跖草水提取物的降血糖作用。方法采用正常小鼠,观察鸭跖草水提取物对正常小鼠血糖和糖耐量的影响;采用肾上腺素性高血糖小鼠和四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠,观察鸭跖草水提取物对实验性高血糖小鼠血糖的影响。结果在灌胃给药4.80～19.20g生药·kg-1的剂量下,鸭跖草水提取物对正常小鼠血糖无明显影响,但能提高小鼠的糖耐量,并能降低肾上腺素和四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠的血糖。结论鸭跖草水提取物具有显著降血糖作用。
Objective To observe the hypoglycemic effects of water extract of Commelina comunis L. Methods The effects of water extract of Commelina comunis L. on blood glucose and glucose tolerance was investigated in normoglycemic mice. The hypoglycemic effect of water extract of Commelina comunis L was investigated in alloxanized and adrenalininduced hyperglycemic mice. Results At the dose of 4.80-19.20g raw water extract of Commelina comunis L./kg of body weight the blood glucose levels in normoglycemic mice did not change remarkably, but it could improve the glucose tolerance. Otherwise, the water extract of Commelina comunis L. significantly lowered the blood glucose levels in adrenalininduced and alloxanized hyperglycemic mice. Conclusion The water extract of Commelina comunis L. possesses significant hypoglycemic effects.
