摘要
在资源比较优势逐渐丧失的情况下,发展中国家产业全球竞争力的提高,需依靠自身技术能力的建立和提升来实现.从发展中国家技术能力的定义及构成要素、技术能力的演化轨迹及技术能力建立与提升机制等方面对理论研究加以分析,从中总结出对发展中国家建立和提升技术能力实践的启示,并提出需进一步研究的问题.
With the abatement of comparative advantage on resources, the enhancement of international competitiveness of developing countries＇ industry must depend on fostering and improving their own technological capabilities. It gives a detailed review on the researches of technological capabilities of developing countries from the definition and elements, evolvement path, and the mechanism of construction and improvement. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions for developing countries＇ practices, and points out some issues that should be further researched.
