摘要
介绍了一种基于特征实例的箱体零件CAD/CAPP系统,系统基于特征库技术,利用CAD子系统完成箱体零件特征造型,形成描述性文件供CAPP子系统提取,实现CAD/CAPP集成。系统根据描述的特征信息与特征实例库进行匹配,以获得各特征加工链,并针对CAPP中的工艺路线决策中诸多模糊信息和模糊因素,提出了一种通用模糊综合评价法,提高了工艺路线决策结果的合理性和实用性。
It introduces a CAD/CAPP system based on cases of feature for box-parts.This system can describe the box-parts by features for CAD with the support of the feature library,and generate the processing chain by feature matching for CAPP. And aiming at a lot of fuzzy effects in processes decisionmaking for CAPP,a general kind of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed,according to fuzzy consistent matrix and system theory, and evaluation step is given.
