摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUVP)的手术配合方法及常见并发症处理和防治措施。方法回顾分析TUVP术治疗前列腺增生症(BHP)患者189例,分析资料找出其并发症发生的原因及防治方法。结果本组无死亡病例,但出现若干术后并发症现象,比例不一。结论TUVP可取得与开放性前列腺切除术相似的疗效,但TUVP术依然是治疗前列腺增生最有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the transurethral resection of prostate TURP（TUVP） with the operation and common complications of treatment and prevention and control measures. Methods Retrospective analysis of TUVP for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BHP） patients with 189 cases, the inspection data to identify the reasons for the occurrence of coin- plications and the prevention and treatment methods. Results No deaths, but the emergence of a number of post-operative complications, the proportion of mixed. Conclusion TUVP can be made with open prostatectomy similar effect , bet TUVP operation is still the most effective treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
