摘要
目的探讨神经阻滞配合超激光治疗棘上棘间韧带损伤的疗效。方法将80例门诊棘上棘间韧带损伤的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用神经阻滞配合超激光疼痛治疗仪SUPER LIZER HA550照射治疗,对照组单纯神经阻滞疗法。治疗前后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)记录疼痛评分。结果治疗前两组患者差异无统计学意义,治疗后均有明显疗效。VAS值显著下降。结论神经阻滞配合超激光照射治疗棘上棘间韧带损伤疗效显著,作用持久,不易复发。
Objective To explore the efficacy and methods of nerve block with super-laser treatment of spine injury on the supraspinous and interspinous ligaments. Methods 80 cases of outpatients with supraspinous and interspinous ligaments injury were divided into observation group and control group. The nerve block therapy with super-laser pain therapeutic apparatus SUPERLIZERHA550 irradiation were investigated in the observation group. The nerve block therapy was simply investiagted in the control group. The visual analogue score（VAS） were used to evaluate the pain score before and after the treatment. Reasults There were no significant difference beteen the observation group and control group before treatment but there were significant therapeutic effect after treatment,VAS values significantly decreased. Conclusion Nerve block with super-laser irradiation treatment of spine injury on the supraspinous and interspinous ligaments were effective,durable and diffcult to relapse.
