摘要
应用有限元软件对高速插齿机主轴静压支承进行了流体仿真分析,计算出了油膜的承载能力、刚度以及流量。分析了静压支承中偏心率、径向间隙以及支承结构参数对油膜承载能力和刚度的影响,得出了油膜承载能力和刚度随这些因素变化的规律。
Fluid simulating analysis on hydrostatic bearing is carried on to obtain the carrying capacity, rigidity and flux of the oil film by using the finite element software. After analyzing the impact of eccentricity, radial space and structural parameters of hydrostatic bearing on carrying capacity and rigidity, the rules that how carrying capacity and rigidity change with the factors above are found.
