新加坡的劳资关系因其独特的劳、资、政三方机制而闻名,被誉为是亚洲最稳定和最具有弹性的劳资关系体系。遭受金融危机和经济下滑的冲击,新加坡劳、资、政三方积极应对,提出了发展和培养具有全球竞争性劳动力的任务目标,采取了一系列提升劳动力素质、建立良好雇佣关系行为规范、实行全面弹性工作安排及弹性薪酬体系等措施,以获取经济的持续稳定增长。
Singaporean industrial relations is known for its unique tripartite system involving three parties namely labor, management and government, which is regarded as the most stable and flexible industrial relations in Asia. Due to the impact of the global financial crisis and economic downturn, the Singapore tripartite partners work closely together to improve labor quality, drive good employment code of conduct, implement flexible work arrangement and reward system in order to maintain the continuous and stable growth in economy.
