摘要
目的评价光固化树脂充填楔状缺损对牙髓的影响。方法将153例167颗楔状缺损患牙采用玻璃离子垫底、光固化树脂修复,治疗1周、1个月、3个月、6个月、1～3年观察牙髓情况。结果半数以上牙出现过敏症,发生牙髓或根尖周病变的机会与修复后时同长短呈正相关,有11.38%的牙在3年内发生龋坏。结论光固化树脂引起牙髓牙体损害的事实确实存在,要严格选择适应证,并做好牙髓的保护措施。
Objective Evaluation of light-cured resin filling wedge-shaped defects on the impact of pulp. Methods 167 to 153 cases of the use of wedge-shaped teeth defect bottom glass ionomer, light curing resin repair, treatment of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 to 3 years to observe the situation of dental pulp. Results Teeth appear more than half of allergy, the occurrence of pulpal or periapical lesions restored when the opportunity was a positive correlation with the length, and 11.38% of dental caries occur within 3 years. Conclusion Light-cured resin tooth pulp damage caused by the fact that there should be a strict choice of indications and the protection measures do a good job in the pulp.
