摘要
受全球金融危机冲击的影响,我国大学生就业形势十分严峻,高职院校毕业生就业工作也面临挑战。鼓励和支持高校毕业生自主创业,是做好高校毕业生就业工作的重要举措之一。为此,高职院校应切实加强创业教育工作,积极促进毕业生自主创业,以保障学生的就业权益。
Influencing by global financial crisis, the employment situation of undergraduates in China is austere, which also brought challenges for employment of higher vocational school graduates. To encourage and support self-entrepreneurship of graduates is one of important measures of employment work of higher vocational schools. Therefore, higher vocational schools should strengthen entrepreneurship education and actively enhance self-entrepreneurship of graduates to assure students＇ employment rights and interests.
