交通运输系统是社会经济系统的一个重要的子系统,本文从交通系统的供需分析着手,介绍并探讨交通需求管理作为一种新的交通管理方法和手段,分析了它的目标、作用与功能,以及在我国开展研究与应用的必要性和可能性.
Transportation system is an important subsystem of the social-economic system. This paper introduces and explores transport demand management as a new means of transport managing at the basis of the system supply and demand analysis[1][2]. It shows the objective and the functions of transport demand management and the necessity and the possibility of applying it in our country.
