摘要
目的通过参加实验室间比对活动,提高实验室的检测技能,总结发现实验室存在的问题。方法对实验室参加能力验证活动中的12个项目的检测结果和浙江省质量合格评定协会等对相关项目的能力验证报告中的相关统计结果进行分析及实验资料的回顾检查。结果参加比对的10个项目结果分别为满意和优秀,有2个项目结果有问题。并在标准运用上有使用过期标准方法、标准滴定溶液配制不规范和记录报告有误等情况。结论实验室比对结果总体是比较满意的,但部分项目已经存在结果偏离的趋向,应引起足够的重视,质量管理工作仍然需要加强。
Objective To improve detecting skills and to reveal problems of laboratories by taking part in the laboratory comparison. Methods Results of 12 detection items in laboratory proficiency testing were compared with proficiency testing report of Zhejiang Quality Conformity Assessment Association. Statistic results were analyzed, and test data were reviewed retro- spectively. Results Ten of the 12 items were satisfied or excellent, while problems were discovered in 2 of the 12. Additionally, situations such as using of overdue standard, non -standard titration solution preparation and record mistakes were found. Conclusion The results of laboratory comparison are optimized. However, problems have taken place in some of the items, which should be paid attention to. Moreover, the quality control should be strengthened.
