摘要
针对传统阴极设计方法存在的问题,提出了利用数值模拟法设计电化学加工阴极的方法.给出了数值模拟法设计阴极的实现过程和初始阴极形状的确定方法,建立了电化学加工的数学模型,采用有限元方法对加工过程的电场和流场进行连续的计算和分析,开发了阴极设计的工具软件并进行了实际应用.应用结果表明,该方法可提高设计精度20%~30%,减少了加工试验次数,缩短了设计周期.
A method of designing cathode in electrochemical machining by numerical simulation was proposed based on the analysis of problems existed in traditional design methods. The course of designing cathode and the method of determining the initial cathode shape by simulation were given. The mathematical model for ECM was established, the finite element method was used to calculate the electrical field and flow field. Then a set of tool software for designing cathode was developed and applied to the practice. Results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively improve the design accuracy, reduce the number of trial and error cycles and shorten the periods of cathode design.
