瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1(TRPV1)在胰腺炎中的作用

摘要 瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1(TRPV1)是一个非选择性的阳离子通道,在疾病的发展过程中能被多种途径激活。近来研究表明胰腺初级感觉神经元中TRPV1受体的活化可促进胰腺炎症。此外,阻滞瞬时受体电位(TRP)通道能显著改善胰腺炎模型的疼痛反应。 Transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) is a non-selective cation channel, which can be activated by multiple pathways during the course of the diseases. Recent studies indicate that primary sensory neurons of the pancreas express TRPV1 receptor and the activation of TRPV1 receptor promotes pancreatic inflammation. Moreover, blockade of these transient receptor potential channels can greatly ameliorate the pain response in experimental pancreatitis.
