摘要
通过对发电厂固定成本分摊与成本曲线问题的研究,得到发电厂运行时的总成本曲线、盈亏平衡曲线及机组开停参考曲线。通过所得到的各种曲线并结合市场其它信息给出电力市场规则要求下的最优报价曲线,可对发电厂在市场中的营销策略、竞价组合策略及降低成本提供参考。
Through study on problems of the fixed cost apportions and the cost curves in power plants, the total cost curve during operation of the power plant, the benefit - loss balanced curve, and the reference curve for start - up or shutdown of the unit can be obtained. Using all kinds of above - mentioned curves and other information from the power market, an optimal bidding curve under roles of the power market can be given, providing reference for the marketing strategy, the bidding combination strategy, and decreasing cost of power plant in the power market.
