摘要
本文研究了抑食肼的高效液相色谱分析方法，采用反相色谱柱，以甲醇为流动相，定量分析抑食肼。方法线性关系良好，标准偏差为０１５，变异系数为０１６％，回收率为９９８～１００２％。
In this paper,a high performance liquid chromatography method to analyze RH-5849 was described.Using reversed phase column,water and methanol as mobile phase to determine RH-5849,the method has good linear correlation.The results showed that the recovery,variation coefficient and standard deviation were 99.8～100.2%,016% and 0.15,respectively
